There’s a fresh and exciting energy surrounding Dick Johnson Racing / Shell V-Power Racing Team as they gear up for the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship season. This sentiment was further amplified by the unveiling of the team’s striking new-look Mustangs, which received widespread acclaim ahead of the season opener.

The 2025 livery, designed by Authentic Collectables’ Head of Design and Creative, Tristan Groves, is an evolution of the iconic and highly successful Shell V-Power Racing Team colours that have been a staple since 2017. Featuring a predominantly white base with bold red sections across the body and flashes of yellow on the roof and sides, the design presents a fresh, clean aesthetic with a touch of aggression—already making a striking impression on track.

But the livery isn’t the only change for the team in 2025. A series of personnel and engineering adjustments have been made to usher in a new era of success.

Taking the wheel of the legendary No. 17 Ford this season is two-time Bathurst 1000 winner Will Davison. A bona fide veteran and star of the sport, Davison embarks on his fifth consecutive season with Dick Johnson Racing, bringing experience that will no doubt help the team and new gun recruit Brodie Kostecki in 2025.

This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.

A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.4-litre Coyote quad overhead cam V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.

Comprised of roughly 204 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model.

It comes in an exclusive, one-off limited edition with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity presented in its own, Authentic Collectables branded protective cardboard folder.
