Aoshima 006743 1/700 Japanese Navy Destroyer Hatsuzuki

The Hatsuzuki, the fourth Akizuki-class destroyer, was built as an anti-aircraft destroyer, and challenged the U.S. Navy's cruiser force alone in the Leyte Gulf. Aoshima's 1/700-scale "Waterline" model kit of the Hatsuzuki features parts that are simple and easy to assemble, with only the essential parts included. Newly designed equipment such as the 10cm anti-aircraft gun and shipboard boats, which are characteristic of the Akizuki-class destroyers, have been added. The parts are slide-molded for precision and accuracy, and the outfitting parts are newly molded.
